Do You Have a Knit Night?

Yes! We're open late until 8pm on Friday nights to offer crafters an opportunity to gather in-shop and socialize. Snacks and drinks are welcome, but are BYOB/potluck with the exception of movie nights and special events.

I Can't Make It Friday Nights. Do You Offer Anything Else?

Saturday mornings from 10am-1pm, crafters are encouraged to bring their WIPs and gather in the space. Be sure to check our blog or instagram page for announcements if you're hoping to catch Mindy during a specific social period because she is often only available one or the other per week.

Do You Offer Classes?

We would love to offer lots of classes, but for the moment we have scaled back to occasional workshops during the season. This allows Mindy to spend more time focusing on dyeing yarn and creating fun events.

Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to get the latest information on when new workshops are announced.

What is Your Return Policy?

All returns must be mailed or returned in store within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original condition. Yarns that have been unraveled, caked, or balled will not be accepted for refund.

In the highly unlikely event your yarn has excessive color bleed, felting, or other dye-related damage, please email us immediately upon noticing the problem and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. We are eager to resolve your issue, and understand that mistakes may happen on our end.

Note: A small amount of color may be present in the water during the first few washes. This is normal. If this continues, or the water is dark, please take photos and email them to us immediately so we can assess the situation.

What is Your Shipping Policy?

We ship packages every business day at 13:00 EDT. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $150.

Our packages are mailed using soft-envelope mailers or USPS boxes. Once items have been shipped, they are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for lost items.

What's Your Dye Process Like?

Our yarns are dyed in small batches of 2 or 4 skeins per dye lot. Skeins are pre soaked, hand dyed, left to cool, and then carefully cleansed using Eucalan No-Rinse Wool Wash which helps to maintain and replenish the wool's natural characteristics and aid in the wool's fulling over time. After its Eucalan bath, yarn is set out to fully dry before being hanked, labeled, and sealed in a weather-tight container to keep it fresh while waiting for their forever home.

Because dye lots are such small batches, and yarn may vary even within the same dye lot, we recommend alternating skeins every two rows. Please be sure to purchase enough yarn to complete your project.

We also recommend wet-blocking and washing your protein fiber yarns with Eucalan No-Rinse Wash scented in Lavender or Eucalyptus as these essential oils in the wash will offer extended protection against pests.

Do You Do Sweater Quantities and Special Orders?

Our yarns are dyed in small batches, so if you require a larger amount of yarn for a project such as a sweater or afghan, please email us and we will prepare a dyed-to-order quantity to fit your needs.

Do You Wholesale or do Collaborations?

We are pleased to accept wholesale orders to yarn and gift shops within the United States. Please email us for rates.

Currently seeking collaborations with artists and up-and-coming pattern designers. We offer yarn support! Please email us or Direct Message through Instagram for more information.
