Shipping policy

We ship packages every business day at 13:00 EDT. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $150.

Our packages are mailed using soft-envelope mailers or USPS boxes.

Once items have been shipped, they are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for lost items once they have been accepted by the carrier. 

We recommend selecting carrier shipping insurance on all orders, but strongly recommend this option for orders over $75. Carrier shipping insurance options are available at checkout. Should your package become lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier for more information or to file a lost package claim.
